wow, I'm on an anime watching roll!

Partly because I'm desperately trying to stay awake and anything I'd want to do would probably put me to sleep. And the stores are probably swamped by Christmas shoppers...

68: Overall...not very good. They tried to cram an epic into one episode. It was too jerky and kind of trivialized the whole saga (it's supposed to be an epic saga, right? Judging from this episode I'd have to say NO). And it didn't help that Shinou was voiced by MIKI (whom I had just heard as perverted "Papa" doing his adopted son). I really question his fashion sense, too. Those shoulder plates HAVE TO GO. Daikenja was...such an uke. OMG that soft voice, the slender figure, and that scene where he puts his hand on Shinou's shoulder and basically confesses his love (okay he doesn't, but it might as well have been)...Having Conrad, Wolfram and Gwendal's VAs voice their ancestors was...disorienting. >_< The character designs of the very superficially developed characters were lovely, though. Thank you for bunches of bishies. XD The ending in the current time was appropriately ominous.

69: I was waiting for someone from Earth to get sucked into Shinmakoku. I was hoping for Yuuri'e entire family, not just his brother (who, BTW, had weird bangs. Why does the center part come to a point?). I did like Mom trying to jump into the lake and yelling about how unfair that only Shoori gets to go. XD I actually didn't like this episode either, though. The whole ominous bad things are going to happen thing was just so overdone and awkward to me. The only part I think that was handled pretty well was the whole thing with Wolfram. I just hope it doesn't turn out to be badly done, too. Shoori's show of power was lame. He didn't even manage to knock anyone down! It was just flashy lights...I hope Yuuri becomes the central focus soon. I miss him being front and center in the action. *sighs*

Er...I think I had more to say, but I've forgotten in a moment of sleepiness distraction. Oh well.
