Oh good, it wasn't just me. I think you're right about the squinty expressions. The art is still very nice, but...not as nice as it had been in the previous books. ;_; What kills me is the story. I think it might have worked if it had been spread out over two volumes instead of crammed into one. The first two took things slowly, setting things up...Only to have that ending. *sighs* It could've been so much more...
