I happened to be going somewhere with a post office today so I took the stuff you wanted to have them weighed. It comes out to be about 5 lbs, which means via priority mail it'd be about $17 to the mainland. But I think everything will fit in the large flat-rate box, which is $12.80 (plus the box is free!).
