Check out the short film GEHARA: The Dark and Long Haired Monster, a parody (?) of Japanese monster films. I caught the "preview" portion at the end of the main film on TV and looked for it online. After a quick search I think I found all of it, though in pieces. The main portion is here, the very end of the film and the AWESOME preview is here. I love the fact that GEHARA's long hair acts as a shield to prevent the military's weapons from striking the body. The best part, though, are the aliens in the preview. The aliens are made of so much win. XDXD
