So. Hakkenden. I've seen the latest (ep 4) and so far am enjoying it. It's very faithful to the manga. I wondered if they'd take out the Genpachi focusing on Shino bit for whatever reason, but I guess it's harmless since it's done mostly for laughs (at the expense of Kobungo's sanity XD). I'd forgotten Genpachi's multiple suicide attempts....>_< If it was a different kind of story (and if Shino didn't already have Sosuke/Ao), I'd think someone like Shino might be an interesting partner for him.

I've realized that I don't care for Satomi's voice that much--too nasally? It's growing on me, but I feel a bit dissatisfied.

In the end, though, I can't help but still feel anxious. Where is this anime heading? GAH.

Unrelatedly, what a sweet wedding article. The last paragraph is so lovely. ♥
