randomness
Feb. 7th, 2005 03:06 pmTaking a three to four hour "nap" in the evening is a terrible idea...I had a heck of a time going to sleep, and ended up tidying up my room at 3 in the morning. I swear I don't know where I'm going to put all of my doujinshi and manga...they are just in piles on the floor and I really don't have shelf space. I think I'll have to take over another room in the house to manage it all. >_<
After I woke up late in the day, spent some time writing up a long ramble on the other books I had read, which I may just junk...I was really tired when I wrote it and it'd take a bit of work to make it presentable. :P Then for the rest of the day I read a whole bunch of PoT fanfics thanks to the discovery of a new fanfic site...bizarre pairings but pretty entertaining to read. But it did bring up a question in my mind that has come up every so often--why Sengoku x Ryoma? It's a fairly big minor Ryoma-uke pairing and I don't really understand its popularity. Ah well, it's rather fun to read, admittedly.
Read an article about a woman winning a court case after getting an anxiety attack when two girls dropped off some cookies they had baked late one night...I think I'd be very upset right now if that woman had won punitive damages, but overall I think it sends the wrong message to go to court and sue. What lesson did the woman instill in the girls? Don't do anything "good" because you just might get sued? *shrug* But that's just me.
