the conversion of another fangirl, and some requests

Yay! Another fangirl converted to Yukikaze. lcseifhoan saw the first two episodes of the OVA and ranted about it. It's odd how good fangirling can make me so happy. XD

In any case, couple of requests. Can anyone recommend a good fansub for Tsubasa and Initial D Fourth Stage? I've been getting them raw, but I like to have fansubs so as to make it easier to infect share later on with people who don't understand Japanese.

Also, does anyone want to proof some of the random translations I post from time to time? Someone strong with grammar and has a sense for decent fiction writing style. The translations can range from snippets from BL novels, manga, interviews, whatever (as can be seen from my past translation posts)...after scanlating with Xan, wherein we tossed the translation back and forth worrying over words and sentences (in addition to much fangirling), I think it might make me a better translator and make things more fun (instead of rounds of me second-guessing myself).

Loveless: the manga

I have to admit, having seen the first two episodes, I am not that big a fan of the Loveless anime. I've been wanting to push the manga, but the existing scanlation sucks beyond all belief. Fortuitously, raws were shared at raburesu by loveableneko recently. In addition, mitethe has been translating the first volume. These two things create the perfect opportunity to share, so I've uploaded the first two chapters and linked to the translation posts so that people can get a taste of the manga. ^__^

People on raburesu have organized a scanlation group for volumes 3 and up, so there should be decent scanlations for those volumes sooner or later. I'm sure mitethe will eventually get to volume 2 (and beyond), so do not check out the scanlation out there!!
