Feb. 11th, 2008 07:59 pmI had some of the most divine hand-made tofu at an izakaya-like place this weekend. One was cold with a brothy dipping sauce (which was odd as it was not shoyu-based but it was still very tasty) and one was hot with ponzu. I just boggle at the whole "tofu sucks" idea still so prevelant in popular culture. Those people just haven't had tofu done right.

Catcam Fritz is a collection of pictures taken by a camera hung around a cat's neck. The concept is so cool and some of the pics are very pretty.

(An old) Colin Firth interview on Fresh Air: Though I am not a fan of the BBC's Pride and Prejudice, hearing him talking about trying on the made-up underwear for his pond scene (underwear was not worn back then) and how if he had worn that instead he'd never have been a heartthrob was funny.
