The artwork looks vaguely familiar. I can't place my finger on who the illustrator is.
But the pictures are exquisite. My favorite has to be Alec looking out the window. Ahh, so pretty. <3
I wonder if other books such as Swordspoint by Ellen Kushner has been translated? Her style would be pretty cool in Japanese, too.
If it promises Richard and Alec illustrations, then count me in on buying the book anyway... even if I'll be flipping through all the pages in less than ten seconds. XD
