About the recipe... I love the way my late grandma used to make it. Just cut them up crosswise into thin slices (slightly diagonally if you want to make the diameter bigger). Or even lenthwise is fine too, doesn't really matter. All she did was dip it in soy sauce then pan fry it with olive oil. :D
