I suppose it depends on whether you feel like watching/reading a more gritty, realistic series but I've found in my experience that everyone who's tried it has ended up loving it. Anime and non-anime fans alike.
Boy, his voice and acting for Dr. Tenma and Oshitari are as different as night and day. It's rather mind boggling...I'm impressed all over again when seiyuu show what incredible talent and range they have.
