yukikaze manga chapters 01 and 02 translation

Yatto owatta! ~__~ I decided to stick the WIP translation in Yahoo!Notepad in case I had the time and inclination to work on it...I just went through the last check and am more or less satisfied with it. These were, for me, the hardest chapters of the manga for some reason. In any case, chapters 3, 4, 5, and 6 are already done. It only took...how many months?


Chapter 01

"Are you supposed to be a hoodlum?"
"I hate small fry like you."

"Really? I'm on time."
"Diamonds are [a] girl's best friend."
"--But we are the diamonds' best friend."

"'No survivors?' Damn SAF, you let us get massacred without helping us."

"Then it's an enemy."
"No, it's a Sylph! It's one of ours!"

"Major Gunow from Systems proposed a test flight against an SAF craft."
"General Cooley fell for his provocation."
"The Major wants to display the abilities of the UAV he's so proud of. He probably said that the Sylphid is no match for the Flip Knight or something like that."
"It has nothing to do with me."
"Or do you enjoy deskwork?"
"Yukikaze's repair is completed."

The only thing I can say is...Rei's life sucked pretty hard. I'm glad he was able to meet Jack, someone he could actually trust who wouldn't betray him (Yukikaze as well, of course). I'm too tired to comment any more than that.

Wow... thanks for that.

I'm gonna clean it up tomorrow (too tired tonight) to explain the images that goes with it for manga-deprived fans (with all kudos to you, like I did with the others)... and I will be in a position to print all the translations and put it in my manga YAY!!!!!
