in keeping with the BL crack thing, I enjoyed a silly pointless illogical one-shot titled "Maid in Prince" by Amagi Reno posted on YD. Cute art, cute (cross-dressing) hardworking uke, and crack. What more can one ask for? Parts 1, 2, and 3.
I was digging around when I found
ayatsujik's brief explanation of the Red Whales. Makes me want to reread the entire arc again. I can't believe how much fun it all was. The Red Whales are just so cute, and nothing can beat the Takaya-as-heroine-running-in-the-woods with psychotic-I've-been-searching-for-you-after-you-drugged-me-and-disappeared-Naoe right on his heels, with passionate over-the-top sex at the end. ^^

Speaking of SGA,
rageprufrock wrote a pair of wonderful fics for the start of her 14 Valentines project: Bell Curve, or, Ladies Night at the Boom Boom Room and Learning Curve, or, Tab. I look forward to the other 12 fics to come. This almost makes up for her not writing more Hikago. ;_;
