Yes, it's still March 3rd here! I had bought this greeting card (done by a local artist) a while back because I loved the vacant expression on the girl's face, but had misplaced it. Luckily I found it while doing a bit of Friday night cleaning. XD

You know, I've completely forgotten about Japanese holidays since I've been here. ^^;;

*laughs* I would've forgotten except for all the associated goods being sold in the local Japanese goods store.

This isn't technically "Japanese" art since it's made by a local artist...who may or may not be of Japanese ancestry.

I should have phrased that a little better. ^^; I meant any art that is actually Japnese or shows a Japanese influence, from fanart to artwork by Katsushika Hokusai. That's what I meant by "levels."
