insaneneko...Or not. *shrugs* I wish I could curl up and sleep right now. But I seem to feel this way every Monday. :P

minervacat is a McKay/Sheppard fic that cleansed the icky aftertaste of a bad bad bad cliched fic I read a little earlier, the likes of which I had been frequently exposed to in other fandoms a lifetime ago (I think the incredibly high caliber of the SGA fic writers for making cliches, kinks and insanity so damn good has spoiled me). In any case, regarding the story...I have never a) been to the South, b) been to a Waffle House, or c) been on a road trip, and the fic made me feel really deprived that I hadn't done any of them.
Movie Night byltlj, a cute short post-Recovery fic that, according to the author, would be called "warrior cuddling" in certain fandoms. Lovely character interaction and silliness (eyes covered to spare the delicate during the big bad bug moment!), while still dealing with the aftermath.
