Voice or Noise

I got requests for scans of "Voice or Noise" and "Yami no Kodou" from the August Chara, but I don't have the time right now to scan in "Yami no Kodou" as it is quite a long chapter...so I scanned in "Voice or Noise" by Enjin Ranmaru, which is (sadly but in this case fortuitously) very short. It's a side story from the POV of a normal guy (who may be a regular character in the manga?). I'd love to translate it, but...I have no time! (I shouldn't have even taken out the time to scan it...But I couldn't help myself, it made me laugh...) I love how the guy, Takahashi, sees Narusawa talking to a bird, speculates fancifully about Solomon's Seal (poetic) but also wonders if the bird is actually a bird-shaped cell phone (prosaic). XDXD I also love the moment when Takahashi speaks; he wonders if the pause before Narusawa answers is because the soul that had wandered out to the little bird was returning to his body (poetic) or because Narusawa was trying to remember who Takahashi was (prosaic). XDXD

God I love the art, but the story up to volume 2 is rather frustrating...When does volume 3 come out? *sighs*

And before I forget, a little announcement: I will be leaving tomorrow on a trip for three weeks or so. Not sure if I will have Internet access (not sure if I will survive not having Internet access for that long, either). I'm currently insanely busy getting ready for the trip and getting things finished at work...So no time for responding to comments, either. ^^;

Vacations are so much work to prepare for...What irony.
