I've been kind of meh about G-Defend lately while my friends continued to be enamoured of it, and I finally realized why. It just has waaay too many offshoot storylines about every (gay) couple in the series. I just can't handle such a fractured manga, and the fact that virtually everyone is gay does not help.

I was flipping through D-Grayman volume 8 the other day and realized why I haven't been following the manga as avidly as I had been...Allen's not around much! As much as I like the other characters, they aren't enough to keep my attention for many many chapters. I get very attached to my main characters in shonen manga, after all. And some of the character development, while...nice, bores me to tears when it goes on too long. I hope they focus on Allen again soon!

I hate it when people share manga "raws" and it turns out to be Chinese. I'm sorry, but "raws" of Japanese comics mean one thing to me--JAPANESE. ;_;

I can't believe how much I've slept today. I feel like I've wasted a day, but sometimes a person's gotta just veg. I'm so glad today was a moderate day so that I didn't end up drenched in sweat like I usually do in summer.

Ah, I didn't think of that. I suppose that makes sense. *sighs* It's really annoying for me, though.
