I love reading great reviews, especially when they're short. trinityofone has one for a book called The Soldier and the Unicorn by Helen Louise Caroll here that cracked me up. XD;

A review of the first English (I didn't know it'd been licensed!) volume of The Young Magician by Narushima Yuri reminded me that I'd stopped reading it around volume 8 and that last time I checked there were around 11 volumes out...Is this series even done? Does it end well? Is it worth picking up again? Someday when all my books come out of their boxes I guess I'll try rereading what I do have and see if I want to keep reading...

I want the next chapter of Totally Captivated so much. I finally got around to buying the hard copies and reading them in book form makes me itch for more. GAH.

*weeping* Young Magician has not ended! There was the longest hiatus after vol 11 came out. Currently the Chinese versions stand at vol.13, with no sign of 14 approaching, and it is nowhere near done. I like Young Magician best of all her series -- Genbuu Bunsho also finally updated, but I've lost interest in it.

I've started reading Totally Captivated, and I enjoy it too! XD I was so amused by the whole does admin work for yakuza aspect of his job. There was this scanlation -- something Shibuya, where a similarly hapless young college guy is also hired by a rather unique yakuza to do his accounts.

I know what you mean about Genjuu Bunsho. She took too long to get the last volume I bought out and it was kind of disappointing. Sounds like Young Magician is still good, but I don't really want to pick it up if there's going to be a long hiatus again...

I love how the thugs come to adore Ewon. I hope the angst is resolved and things become happy and sweet again. *sighs*
