Have any recs for really dysfunctional House/Wilson fic? Like, really fucked up shit. Not so much melodrama crap, just raw nastiness if possible.

Actually any fics in any fandom (except Supernatural) that wouldn't require any knowledge of canon that fit the above criteria would be welcome. I am in that kind of mood.
