I guess the 90% of households with peanut butter factoid is not so crazy after all. My totally unscientific poll came to approximately 80/20. :P

I don't remember if I had peanut butter in the house or not when I was young. I don't remember eating it much...Especially not by itself. (Ick)

Erg, Futsuu no hito by Eda Yuuri and illustrated by Kinoshita Keiko, a reprint that includes the two volumes Futsuu no hito and Futsuu no koi, will be including a new story that happens after Futsuu no koi...Which means I will have to get it. I HATE new editions with extra stuff that forces me to buy something I already own. >_< It'll be interesting seeing the characters I love drawn by a different illustrator, especially since it's someone I really like.

It's been a while since I've read these books--I wonder if I can dig them out so that I can read them? I love how ordinary the two main characters are, especially in the first book. They get a little too...romance novel-ish in the second book, tho. :P

I saw that last week and was wondering if that was going to have anything new in it or not. I guess I'll be getting it, too. *sigh* The first version was illustrated by Miyamoto Kano, right? I'm glad they have a different artist now; I never thought her art was quite right for that story.

(As I recall, in the second book the characters are totally adorable in the beginning and end, but totally retarded and annoying in the middle, so...just skip that part when re-reading. >.>)

I was fine with the previous artist (not my favorite, but it didn't seem massively inappropriate), but as I like Kinoshita Keiko more I'm hoping the illustrations will be better...

I'm starting to remember the second book--god, I wish she hadn't done the classic (overdone) misunderstanding piled on pride piled on stubbornness romance thing. I want the extra story to have them be adorable, like how they were in the beginning of the second book.

Well, not that there was anything wrong with those illustrations in particular, just...I guess I tend to think of Miyamoto Kano's stuff as being so angsty, it doesn't seem to fit these characters.

Totally agreed on the second book. Oh, BL, sometimes I love your formulas, but sometimes I hate them. >.>;
