This episode had so much cute little kid pics! My favorite bits were Isaka close-ups and the kid pics.




Love this! While I found Asahina incredibly bland in this (does he actually have a personality in the manga?) I did like the little bits of rebellion that did pop up once and again.




Isaka close-up!! I've always loved the color of his eyes, but this episode had so many awesome close-ups of his face I ended up making tons of screencaps.

I disliked the parallel between Ritsu and Isaka with this scene (obvious, much? I think we can see the differences between Ritsu and Isaka quite well without a point like this being made), but was still kind of amused by it.




Oooh, Isaka put-down go.




Young Usami! Want to pinch his cheeks!




Isaka angsts for the briefest period of time for his non-existent writing career after seeing Usami's shining talent.




He blushes! Asahina's only taking your temperature, my dear, in the most innocent way possible. XD;




Go Isaka attack!




That's right, you need to pin your man DOWN.





But you can't let him up and let him corner you! Not if he isn't going to defile you!




Isaka is...ALOOONEEEE...




ALOOONEEEE...




ALOONNEE!!!! (He only gets a slight passing nod! Though this scene disturbs me more because I assume the guy Asahina was following was Isaka's dad and there was NO acknowledgement at all there.)




ALOOOOONEEE!!!

Can you tell I was snickering through a lot of this?




Isaka ponders abusing his family connections to make things go his way.




WTF was he thinking at this point? Dunno, but it made me laugh.




And realizes he fails at life. "UZEE!! ORE UZEE!!" <--that cracked me up so badly.




This plant thing is SO LAME, but I do like this shot a lot. More ALLOOONEEE!! vibes here.




Ooh, Isaka's pissed off that Asahina hadn't told him about quitting the company. Even though he's effectively pushed Asahina away, he still ought to be kept in the loop on everything to do with Asahina, after all.




"Hi, I'm all wet because I want you to have your way with me." <--this is what he should've said.




He looks so young!




I like this clingyness. So cute!




Isaka blushes even more as he realizes they are both total dorks who didn't understand each other AT ALL (even though they apparently spent almost all day every day together?).




Isaka blames EVERYTHING (including all wars and the existence of annoying coworkers) on Asahina.




And Asahina takes responsibility for everything. Awwww...




The plant thing is a lot less lame when they are kids. So cute!




Especially with Asahina's adorable smile (with that poor useless looking bandage on his one cheek).

Like I mentioned earlier, I thought this story was horribly cliched. Rewatcing the episode to take screencaps, I was struck by how devoid of personality Asahina is. Isaka almost makes up for it, but not quite. I hope he's less of an android in the manga.
